Ruby red with purple reflections. Complex, yet initially closed nose with hints of sweet cherries, morello cherries, wild strawberries and wild blackberries and some cassis. Finely spiced with slate and wood, complemented by a hint of aromatic herbs and dark chocolate. Quite powerful on the palate with good tannin structure, fine and well-integrated acidity, intense fruit that quotes the fragrance, complemented by fine roasted notes, gingerbread spice and aromatic herbs.
