Firm, dark, tart, again rather cool fruit with present, youthful yet crumbly tannins and a certain acid bite, some nutty, smoky and dried meaty notes in the background, a little undergrowth, shiitake mushrooms, Tobacco and ash, good substance and depth, mineral in the background, restrained roasted barrel tones, a little ethereal spice, quite complex, still undeveloped, very good, firm finish with tart juice and relatively subtle spice. - wine.plus
